You can't finish books, and it's not a willpower problem. Reading alone has no deadline, and nobody notices if you skip it. A book discussion group supplies both. The next meeting becomes your deadline, and because you have to speak, you read while thinking. Then add one thing: when the discussion ends, write one action you'll take this week.
