Your goals keep fizzling because you never separate the direction from the result. OKRs do that for you. The Objective is one qualitative direction that actually inspires you. The Key Results are two or three measurable outcomes that prove you got there. Here's the most common mistake — writing Key Results as a to-do list. Not 'go for a run,' but 'run 3K under ten minutes.' It has to end in a number. Set them by the quarter, and check in just once a week. Score each from zero to one, where 0.7 means you did well. If you hit every one, your goals were too safe. In VisionDream, your Objective is the vision, your Key Results become tracked goals and habits, and every weekly check grows your Success Tree. This quarter, just pick one Objective.
